Ingredients

For the Loaf

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries

Optional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients and milk, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries and raspberries.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely before adding glaze.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk or lemon juice and drizzle over the loaf.
