Garlic Bread Rolls

🧾 Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)

Garlic Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it activate (5 mins).
Add flour, salt, and butter. Knead into a soft dough.


2. First Rise

Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.


3. Shape Rolls

Divide into equal portions and shape into balls.
Place on a baking tray.


4. Second Rise

Cover and let rise again for 20–30 minutes.


5. Bake

Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until golden.


6. Garlic Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Brush over hot rolls generously.
