- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup keto sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Melt Butter
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add Sweetener
Stir in keto sweetener and cook until fully dissolved.
3. Add Cream
Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously.
4. Simmer
Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick and smooth.
5. Finish
Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
