- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon oil (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
Pour in the warm water and mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Step 2: Let It Rise
Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Step 3: Prepare for Baking
Grease a loaf pan or small baking tray.
Transfer the dough into the pan and gently spread it out.
Let it rest again for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4: Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
