πΎ Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup active gluten-free sourdough starter
- ΒΎβ1 cup water (as needed)
- 1 tsp salt
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1. Mix
In a bowl, combine sourdough starter and water.
Add flour and salt, mix into a thick batter/dough.
2. Ferment
Cover and let it rest at room temperature for 6β12 hours until slightly risen.
3. Shape
Transfer to a lined loaf pan and smooth the top.
4. Bake
Bake at 200Β°C for 40β45 minutes until golden and firm.
5. Cool
Let it cool completely before slicing.
π₯ Tips
- Starter must be active & bubbly
- Dough will be softer than regular bread (normal for gluten-free)
- Add seeds (chia, flax, sunflower) for extra texture
