  • 1½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
  • ¾–1 cup buttermilk (cold)

1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking tray.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. Add Butter

Cut in cold butter until mixture looks like crumbs.

4. Add Buttermilk

Pour in buttermilk gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.

5. Shape
