47g Protein Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 100g lean turkey or chicken sausage
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • Handful of spinach
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder & chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey or chicken sausage in a pan until browned.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Pour in eggs and egg whites, then scramble everything together.
  4. Warm the tortilla separately.
  5. Top with cottage cheese, seasonings, and wrap or serve as a bowl.
