🍞 Keto Yogurt Bread (Low Carb & High Protein)

🧀 Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for softness)
- Sesame seeds / flax seeds (for topping)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
2. Add Dry Ingredients
Add almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix into a thick batter.
3. Prepare for Baking
Pour into a lined loaf pan.
Sprinkle seeds on top (optional).
4. Bake
Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and firm.
