🧀 Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour 1 tbsp)
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Toppings (as you like)

  • Sugar-free pizza sauce / tomato paste
  • Chicken (grilled or shredded)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Olives
  • Bell peppers
  • Oregano / chili flakes

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Make the Dough

Melt mozzarella + cream cheese together (microwave or pan).
Add egg, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix into a dough.


2. Shape Base

Flatten dough into a pizza shape on baking paper.


3. Pre-bake

Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until slightly golden.


4. Add Toppings

Spread sauce, add chicken, cheese, and veggies.


5. Final Bake

Bake again for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
