Keto Salted Caramel Magic Bars

These low-carb magic bars have a buttery almond flour crust, gooey sugar-free caramel, chocolate, coconut, and crunchy nuts — all with a salted caramel finish.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • ½ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Salted Caramel Drizzle

  • ¼ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Prep the Pan

Preheat oven to:

  • 350°F (175°C)

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.


2. Make the Crust

Mix together:

  • almond flour
  • sweetener
  • melted butter
  • vanilla
  • salt

Press firmly into the prepared pan.

Bake for:

  • 10 minutes

until lightly golden.


3. Add Fillings

Spread caramel sauce over crust.

Sprinkle evenly with:

  • chocolate chips
  • shredded coconut
  • chopped nuts

Press lightly so toppings stick.


4. Bake Again

Bake for:

  • 15–18 minutes

until edges are golden and chocolate softens.


5. Finish

Cool completely.

Drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

Chill for cleaner slices.
