Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Filling
- ½ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Salted Caramel Drizzle
- ¼ cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- Flaky sea salt

Instructions
1. Prep the Pan
Preheat oven to:
- 350°F (175°C)
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Crust
Mix together:
- almond flour
- sweetener
- melted butter
- vanilla
- salt
Press firmly into the prepared pan.
Bake for:

- 10 minutes
until lightly golden.
3. Add Fillings
Spread caramel sauce over crust.
Sprinkle evenly with:
- chocolate chips
- shredded coconut
- chopped nuts
Press lightly so toppings stick.
4. Bake Again
Bake for:
- 15–18 minutes
until edges are golden and chocolate softens.
5. Finish
Cool completely.
Drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
