Keto Deviled Eggs

Creamy, low-carb, and packed with flavor — keto deviled eggs make a perfect snack, appetizer, or high-protein lunch option.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or pickle juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Optional Keto Add-Ins

  • Crumbled bacon
  • Chopped chives
  • Avocado
  • Jalapeños
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Hard-Boil the Eggs

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.

Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.

Let sit:

  • 10–12 minutes

Transfer eggs to ice water and cool completely.


2. Prepare the Filling

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.

Mash yolks with:

  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Mix until smooth and creamy.


3. Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Add optional toppings if desired.


Keto Flavor Variations

Bacon Cheddar

Add:

  • crispy bacon bits
  • shredded cheddar

Avocado Deviled Eggs

Replace some mayo with mashed avocado.

Spicy Jalapeño

Mix in diced jalapeños and a little hot sauce.
