Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup egg whites
- 100g lean turkey or chicken sausage
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 low-carb tortilla
- Handful of spinach
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder & chili flakes to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey or chicken sausage in a pan until browned.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in eggs and egg whites, then scramble everything together.
- Warm the tortilla separately.
- Top with cottage cheese, seasonings, and wrap or serve as a bowl.
