This lemon mousse is honestly incredible! Light, creamy, and completely sugar-free, it’s become my go-to treat every morning. It’s refreshing, budget-friendly, and so simple to make — plus the kids absolutely love it too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whipped topping or whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix until creamy.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
